KS1 Multi-Skills – Pemberton Centre

Alex Melis (2SM) says:

“We learned to show determination during our activities. We kept going and I helped Ronnie and Adriana when they found the balancing game hard. I really enjoyed passing the football between Ronnie, Shelayna and me. The afternoon was fun and I really enjoyed it!”

Well done to all children who took part in the KS1 multi-skills festival. You showed great determination and the Croyland values of being ready, being polite and being respectful. Keep it up!

Kwik Cricket Tournament

The Cricket tournament was an awsome expierience for me because when we left everyone was singing a song and Hollie, Harrinda and I lef them to 5th place.

The games were fun and i got a one handed catch.  We were very good and we would like to give a big thank you to Mr Daldy and Mr Carroll.

Report by Mason 6CC (Croyland Cricket Captain)

On Wednesday 27th March 2019, 6 Croyland children took part in a netball tournament at Christopher Hatton School. At this tournament there were 12 different schools from across Northamptonshire and we played in a league of 6 (there were 2 different leagues). We won 3 matches, lost 2 matches and drew 1 match. In total we got 13 goals. The team we played in included 4 Year 5 girls and 2 Year 6 boys and we played 5 competitive matches and 1 play-off match. We tried very hard and all played well – it was really fun! We came 4th out of the 12 schools that took place and even though we didn’t win we all had a great time. The school sent us with some sandwiches and muffins which were delicious and gave us energy to keep going. The tournament was organised by Northamptonshire Sport and was a very enjoyable and memorable day.
