Why read bedtime stories?
“Whether a story is funny, sad, scary or strange, they give children food for thought and of course it’s really good fun. Some of the best times you’ll ever have. Whether that’s as a parent, grandparent or older sibling who is sharing a story at bedtime. And, from the child’s point of view, as that child grows up, it’ll be one of the most beautiful memories they’ll ever have of those people who took the time to share stories with them”.
